In the nonwoven sector for more than 60 years, today Bonino is proposing three types of carding machines that represent the summary of its own experience that was recently completed joining with success the Belgian HDB’s one.
These machines have been developed to supply a specific sector, and all them are further adaptable to the single requests of the customer both from the point of view of their geometry and drives.
Each has its own peculiarity but it is not excluded that in presence of specific raw materials it is possible to exchange characteristics of one with the other.
Each one can be charged with volumetric hopper feeder, chute feeder with air compaction or, more and more rarely, with gravimetric feeder.
All the cards can discharge the web with flying combs, rotating combs, or condensers. HP and Booster can be provided with randomisers to have more three - dimensionality in the outlet web.
All outlet combinations are possible and, where the most extended is adopted, the frame is such so the removal of one cylinder is very fast because the positions are easily interchangeable.
